Print Now Apparel is not responsible for mislabeled garments, color inconsistencies, stitching errors, or other manufacturer defects. Because we aren’t physically manufacturing the apparel, we cannot guarantee they’re constructed properly. While we strive to inspect apparel during the printing process, we recommend ordering approximately 5% more of each size for bulk orders as a precaution.

Print Now Apparel is not liable for any legal issues or claims pertaining to trademarked or copyrighted material. Customers are fully responsible for their chosen graphics/designs.

We adhere to a first-come, first-serve production schedule. High-quantity orders, return customers, and other factors will not impact the order of production.

When your order is received, please inspect and count items to ensure accuracy. If an error is spotted and we are deemed responsible, we require customers to return all items in their order for replacement and exchange.

Before your project is moved into production, you’ll be sent a final mock-up for approval. If changes are required, please submit them before providing your approval. Payment is required up front in order to move your project into production.

Print Now Apparel reserves the right to refuse to process an order without written explanation.

Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during transit.

Credit and debit card payments will be securely processed and charged via Chase. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express. After the transaction is complete, you will receive a separate email and invoice.

Open accounts are also available. Once your order is placed, our customer support team will send you a credit card authorization form via email to complete.
